Meet the Team
Our General Manager, Charlotte, is passionate about creating a welcoming environment for both new and returning guests. Her commitment to exceptional service and community spirit is at the heart of everything we do.
In the kitchen, Chef Manager Lee brings 30 years of culinary experience to the table. Known for his dedication to quality, Lee leads our talented kitchen team with a focus on using fresh, locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. His approach ensures that every dish is packed with flavour, care, and attention to detail.
Our Bakery
One of the things that truly sets The Apron Café apart is our on-site bakery. Each day, our bakers craft a tempting selection of homemade pastries, cakes, and our signature sourdough bread, made using traditional methods and the finest ingredients.
